Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the MoneySastra website and, where you create an account, the My MoneySastra member workspace.
Public learning and membership
You do not need an account to read MoneySastra’s public financial-literacy content. My MoneySastra is an optional personal workspace that lets you save useful items, ask questions, work through Decision Sheets and organise family-money readiness.
Your account
Please use a valid email address, keep your password confidential and take reasonable care of your account access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Using MoneySastra responsibly
Please use MoneySastra lawfully and for its intended personal financial-literacy purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse automated access, submit harmful content, impersonate another person or use the service in a way that may affect other users or the security of the platform.
My MoneySastra workspace
Saved items, Ask, Decide and Prepare are workspace features intended to help you organise information and think through money matters. Some Decision Sheet and calculator values may be stored only in your browser or device. Clearing browser storage, changing device or using a different browser may therefore remove those locally stored values.
Questions and responses
When you use Ask, provide only the information reasonably necessary to explain your question. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, bank credentials or other highly sensitive access information. Responses are for financial-literacy and general-information purposes and should be read together with the Disclaimer.
Availability and changes
MoneySastra may add, change, improve or discontinue website features from time to time. We may also restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Privacy
How account and website information is handled is explained in the Privacy notice.
Financial-information disclaimer
The website’s financial-information limitations are set out separately in the MoneySastra Disclaimer.
